Great service, room and location
Idnt like thiz place
There was no heating in the room. The room was very small and cramped. I asked for the heating to be turned up, but was ignored till morning. I was told t was a free Wifi and breakfast, but was told there was no breakfast. I put my phone to charge only to realize by morning that the charging ports had no electricity and the phone did not charge. I travelled with a child and by morning, we were both chilled to the bone due to lack of heat in the unit. Even though i called to complain, they just ignored me and when by morning I went to the receptionist, she was so rude and when I asked to see the manager, was told the manager was not in and should email the manager instead. I asked for a refund of my money because i reserved the room for three night but only stayed one night, but was rudely told there is no refund if I choose to leave the room it is my business. Please can i get my refund for the two remaining nights?
So far I find the room neat and not that bad cause I was able to slept well, but you can tell that it's a bit need of a fixing, but passable for a budget stay. Not that bad.

This is an older facility and has many battle scars. The price was fair.
Everything was all right. I felt comfortable and I could spend a few days in relax and silence.

The location allowed me to make it to two weekend commitments, both with easy access via Calgary transit.
I booked two nights there and It was cleaned on the second day of the stay. When I checked in in was hair in bathroom. The bed was OK.
