What to see at Heritage Park

What to see at Heritage Park

Heritage Park presents Western Canadian history through historic buildings and exhibits spread across a large site beside the Glenmore Reservoir. Its settings range from Indigenous history and a prospector’s camp to a prairie town and a mid-20th-century urban square.

The park describes its collection as more than 180 exhibits. At Gasoline Alley Museum, you can see a public collection of antique vehicles and oil-and-gas artifacts. The Historical Village first opened in 1964.

Plan your visit around the parts of the collection that interest you: the village settings and Gasoline Alley Museum are distinct experiences, and admission arrangements differ between them.
