The right entrance depends on your seating section and the facilities you need to reach. The venue recommends the West entrance for sections 201–228, Press Levels 1–9 stairs, the Platinum Club, Alumni Lounge, terrace suites 15–26, and Super Suites 27, 202 and 203. It connects directly to the main public concourse and west elevator.

The North entrance leads directly to the Club level and north elevator. It’s recommended for Club sections 115–122, Club suites 4101–4140, TELUS Club Buffet, Saddleroom Grill, Press Levels 10–18, terrace suites 1–14, and Super Suites 1A, 207 and 208.

For accessible access, the venue provides Northeast/Barrier Free and West barrier-free entrances, plus accessible drop-off locations on the West and North sides. Accessible parking is available in Lots 10, 8 and 20, and the Remington parking lot north of 11 Ave SE.

Check the venue’s entry rules before you leave, especially if you plan to bring a bag. The bag limit is 14 × 14 × 6 inches or smaller. Larger bags, including backpacks and luggage, are prohibited, and the venue has no bag-storage area.

Guests without bags can use Green No Bag Express Entry. Small bags, diaper bags and medically necessary bags must go through Yellow Small Bag and Purses entry, where bags are searched. All guests pass through walk-through metal detectors; guests with medical exemptions receive a physical pat-down instead.

Event doors generally open 1.5 hours before the event. For Calgary Flames games, doors open 90 minutes before puck drop. The venue does not allow guests to leave and re-enter during an event, so plan to have what you need before going inside.
